I don’t know much about your products . The business is lacking customer service there is a nice lady I spoke to last week she was veryy sweet I asked about the bill i got she said company going thru changes . Information i would like to know is I am a veteran of U S Army and a Senior I was informed I would get discount , I don’t know if getting this ? I informed staff a while back if I go monthly how much would it be a month . I told them that a big lump sum always affects our budget they were going to work on monthly payments and call me back , never heard from them I am hoping customer service and assisting customers with important questions and call back improve Thank you Name removed .

Kamps has always treated me fairly. Colton, my regular delivery person for propane - is outstanding, e.g., very personable, friendly, and most important, quite competent. Insofar as prices, I forgot the issue, but approximately 3 years ago when I moved to my new home, they resolved it by giving me a substantial credit on my next bill. Again, I forgot what the issue was, but I had complained and the manager contacted me, where he apologized and credited my account.
Related to the aforementioned, Kamps is usually one of the lowest, if not the lowest propane providers in El Dorado county, particularly in Pollock Pines. I do compare! In conclusion, I like my deliverer, customer service is #1, and I will continue to use Kamps!
