The professional effort and understanding that I have received from the accounting and admin office and staff (Krystal and Jessica) in the local office in Placerville, CA has been exceptional. I am not familiar with how propane works, and have had to learn along the way and subsequent to my parent's passing. It's the people like the women at Kamps who have helped as I fumble my way through the challenges!

The employees that have come to my home have ALL been terrific. They’ve been nice folks who seem willing answer a lot of questions. And, prior to being bought out recently, I could say the same about the office staff. I’ve only had one post-buyout contact with an office worker calling to schedule an inspection who seemed quite stoic (although maybe it’s the stress often experienced by office employees who field a lot of complaints?). At any rate, I’m fairly happy with the service. (Now if you could just lower your prices, I’d give you a perfect 10, lol.)
