I have been with them for 23 years and never had a problem. Always come fill my tank when I call in late. Propane is good quality. Other propane doesn’t seem to last as long. Staff is friendly and very helpful.

You do not outsource to foreign countries for call center, your staff is knowledgeable and delivers when they say they will. I needed a fill prior to guests staying with me for a week. I didn't hear back then.....there's the propane truck filling my tank. That is fabulous customer service and very appreciated. When I get that type of service, I don't need to be notified. Thank you!!!

Historically, Kamps has not had deceptive business practices as found in other local propane providers.
Kamps has been helpful in recommending ways to reduce propane use.
The only complaint that I have is that it is sometimes difficult to get anyone on the phone to request a refill.
