The drivers are very friendly and helpful, I have dogs so they call ahead of time to let me know they are coming which is very important. The price is as good as can be but they give you extra off like when you let them collect it on a credit card,

PROPANE IS TAKEN CARE OD IN A TIMELY MANNER
automatic delivery without having to call. I would like you to come out however and paint or spruce up the propane tank as that has never been done since we started service with you and the paint is peeling off.

You have kept our tank filled, and the delivery drivers have been friendly and helpful. On our most recent delivery the driver noticed that the tank gauge was inconsistent, and he replaced the gauge and the sending unit that is attached to it. He also discussed with us options for adding to our propane storage capacity in order to make sure we have enough for our newly-installed whole-house generator system. Your prices seem reasonable, and those folks that we know who have High Country Propane seem satisfied with it. One comment about a weak point is that last winter it was hard to reach someone in the office, with phone messages often not being replied to. It was a busy time, and that may be part of the reason. But it is helpful to be able to contact someone if need be.
