I find the customer service staff to be very helpful and great to work with on delivery or other issues. In particular Lori really represents Kamps to the Pioneer community with a high degree of professionalism and empathy towards situations. I would give a 10 for likeliness to recommend, but Kamps/Superior gas prices are higher than other providers. This month (December) a Ferrellgas customer posted they got their tank filled at $2.26 per gallon and we just had our tank filled by Kamps/Superior at $2.99 per gallon and that includes numerous discounts associated with our account. That is a significant difference.
I was low on propane and ready to head out of town for the holidays when we had an 11 hour power outage with the generator running the whole time. I called Kamps and they were able to immediately get me in the loop with a next day delivery. Thanks big time for your help. Highly recommend group.
