The service was excellent. Home360 called to inform me the technician previous job ran over and he would be at my home 30 minutes later than my scheduled appointment time. Mr. Barnes was very professional and proficient. He checked both my units (inside and outside) to make sure they were running up to code for this hot summer that is headed Louisiana way. I absolutely loved everything, and I mean everything about this service. Tim is one amazing man! He is so thorough and makes you feel so comfortable. You know from the first 2 minutes that he is a Man U can trust. My dryer is running like a charm and he didn’t waste time. This was best experience I have ever had with a repair person. I’ve recently received two different services from Home360. Pressure washing service went above and beyond what was expected. Dishwasher service is still in progress, but tech has diagnosed the issue and coming back to fix it soon. Both technicians were polite and knowledgeable. I like being able to go to Home360 for the service I need, and Home360 putting me in touch with the professional needed.
