I wish I remembered his name but I so appreciated the way the service man communicated with me. He used such a kind tone of voice and I did not feel like he talked down to me as a woman which I have felt in the past from other service men. I also appreciate that he did exactly what needed to be done to restore cool air and did not attempt to sell me a whole new unit right now. He was my favorite person sent out by Home 360.
