The service at Home360 is awesome! Back in 2020, I called to get service on my washing machine. The receptionist was very polite and friendly. She sent out Mr. Tim to service my washer. He was amazing, very patience, kind, courteous, and answered every question I had about my washer. Later that year my washer finally went out and I had to purchase a new one. So in 2021 I purchased a new washer. In 2025 I started to have issues with it. I quickly called Home360 and asked for Mr. Tim, I was very happy he was still with the company. He came out the same week to service my washer. He was the same as he was back in 2020. It's truly hard to find good help these days. Thank you Home360 and Mr. Tim for your great customer service!

I did like my service until the work done by Mr. Hoyt the plumber was not warranty as stated. He worked on my house then when his worked failed he said it was unfortunate basically and charged me again to fix the same pipe differently. The second way had been my suggestion from the start but he tried to make money twice knowing it wouldn’t hold. I feel like if you warranty your work and don’t stand by your warranty you are not trust worthy. This will be my first and last time working with Home 360 and the contracted plumber H&D plumbing. It’s a scam you see a woman and try to super glue things together and when they don’t hold you recharge for the work you should’ve suggested the first time. This was very unprofessional but again a lesson learned. Hopefully the work hold this time!

Y’all always answer the phone in a timely manner and are always so friendly. It is so easy to schedule an appointment and the “workers” who come to the house are ALWAYS on time. Quality work and even though others might do the work a tad cheaper, the work would not be as well done. I feel the prices are more than fair and match the quality of the work done. We have never had a bad experience! Great, friendly, and very knowledgeable folks.
