Discussion to determine my preferred outcome was great. As the the project progressed and unforeseen issues arose, they were identified and immediately addressed, with thorough description of methods and costs before any additional work was performed. Extra time was spent researching possible remedies.

My plumber was very experienced, very knowledgeable, and extremely respectful. It was a delightful experience, and the outcome of beautifully-upgraded toilets in my home is perfect.

No long wait or on hold when calling to schedule services.
The people who answer the phone are usually very nice
I feel a bit more comfortable with what appears to be a reputable company than trying to find someone that I know very little about
When the service man arrives he always verifies himself and presents his business card.

Everything. Everyone who comes to do repair work is so kind and helpful. I love having a business that I can trust to not rip me off, try to fix something that doesn’t need it to get more money out of me.
