Easy to schedule an appointment. The technician came out the next morning. He diagnosed and replaced the thermostat in our dryer within 30 minutes! I’ll be using Home 360 again!!

First name removed Johnson was clear about what needed to be done and why. Was quick to get started and get done. I expect to be calling back and requesting him next year when we are ready to do some bigger plumbing updates.

I appreciate that the phone is always answered. Contractors show up on time. If they are running late, that is communicated so I am not left wondering. Contractors are professional and polite.
