Great job communicating! I leave detailed notes on where I want extra treatment. They always notify me when they are coming within 30 minutes of arrival. I have used them for 7 years. I live in an area with thick brush with lots of different bugs and they use a eco product that keep them away.

I've been a HomeShield customer for eight years. I've been satisfied for the most part. I can't give a 10 at present. After the last three yard spraying services I've found a few more outdoor insects coming indoor than what I'm happy with. Also after several months, unfortunately no success with the rodent control issue. I'm holding off on learning about the mosquito control until these issues are resolved. In all fairness part of this issue is my fault for not complaining about the spraying issues in hopes they resolve themselves. I also haven't been diligent about calling them to come ad check the rodent traps. If I had the score would be less than 9.
