I can always depend on Freeman Gas to take care of my needs even though I am a "will call" gas user.
My response of -0- rating yesterday was in error. I opened the email on my cell phone, and as I was scrolling down, my thumb hit -0- and it was gone. Alan Pruitt called me this morning to ask about the -0- rating and I explained what had happened.
My experience with Freeman Gas over the past couple of years has been excellent. I bought my parents’ home and installed a gas pack HVAC and a propane tankless hot water heater. I changed gas service from Denton Gas (over 60 years) to Freeman. Alan and his team were very helpful in the transition and have been responsive to my requests. I would definitely recommend Freeman Gas to anyone looking for a propane provider, gas logs, or hot water tank or tankless unit. Thank you.

I really like the service people, but I had a hard time getting through to the call center. They didn't understand me through my phone and told me to call back, though it was perfectly fine when I called someone else right afterwards - that is the only reason I gave a 9 instead of a 10. I went up to Denton's (my local Freeman's Center) and just asked to have service that way. The gentleman there did a work order and I had my gas logs serviced the next day. "Rod" was excellent - very professional when he came out.

The installation was a snap,installer was great he did a good job,but when they filled it up they didn't fill tank to capacity only 70 gallons on a 125 gallon tank ,I don't know why
