The technician (I think he was called David) came out quickly when we reported a possible gas leak, because our tank was on 0. When he arrived (in the snowstorm and bitter cold), he made a leak test above the required minimum time and explained how the pilot light uses up to 30 gallons of propane a year and so that was the reason the tank was empty. He put 5 gallons in and relit the pilot light for us. I was very impressed and happy with the service I received.
