The inspection by your technician found several problems, quickly corrected all of them explaining each problem area keeping my house safe. Since I have my own tank I do shop around and found Proflame to have the lowest price compared to other local competitors. The only minor area that could improve is giving customers a price breakdown on the invoice (price per gallon, tax, etc.)
Excellent customer service. I don’t like that I call the store and don’t get the location I want but once I do the staff is wonderful. Visiting the store and everyone is wonderful. Workers that came to the house were just as wonderful. EXCELLENT!!

The service people and office staff are always very nice, friendly and professional. Prices are reasonable and delivery is always prompt and on time.

We have been customers since buying our cabin in 2015. Having come up from Florida, we thought the fireplace would be the only heat we needed in our 2 bed-1 bath cabin. We froze that first winter.
The following fall, we bought a propane fireplace log set which Freeman Gas installed. We have a service tech clean and adjust the burner every fall before heating season starts. Freeman Gas also has propane delivery trucks that make their rounds, topping off our tank well before we have to call.
Freeman Gas has been our go to place for propane service and fuel. We highly recommend them to all our friends with propane appliances.
