Freeman has always been very helpful with any issues you might have . The number 1 thing for me is that they still have a local office with very helpful people! We were previously with another local propane company that got bought by Amerigas and they closed the office and Customer service is only by phone - which sucks. We will be with Freeman as long as they have a office. We have used them for new construction and service, totally satisfied

I used to like the budget plan that I did not have to worry about when you were coming out. But since last year I have to go out and check the tank myself. With age that is dangerous. But otherwise, love it.
