The employees (especially Stacey and Stephanie) in the local Murphy office are great! Personable, professional and knowledgeable. This is the only reason I'm giving the company a rating of 10.
The outsourced telephone answering service I did not/do not care to deal with. In fact, the person that quoted us did not follow up with promised emails and was downright rude. If I was not finally able to talk to Stacey I probably would have moved on to another company.

Wonderful Service Always at the Murphy, NC Store. They are definitely my favorite propane service provider after the past thirty years of dealing with others in the field.
I like that I can pay ahead for winter and will not have huge bills once it gets cold. I like the driver who delivers to my house and I really appreciate that he will adjust my pilot light when it gets cold and I need to be sure to have enough heat. Also, I like that he checks my tanks during the year and knows when I use gas and when I don't need more.

Great prices, of course! The ladies in the office are so friendly and fun to talk with! They are like family. Anytime I call they care of what I need cheerfully and quickly. Deliveries are usually in 2 days.
Proflame always does a professional job with our cabin gas needs.
Customer service is very good. Professional, friendly people on the phone. Made the delivery quickly. The driver had to back up a very long, driveway on a hill and did so with no problems. He was also professional, courteous and friendly. Great company to supply our propane needs.
