I've been with Proflame/Freeman for 20 years. Over the years, they have been friendly, competent and with one exception, been prompt in their gas deliveries. which is a pretty good record over the years.
the gentlemen that put the unit in were very nice, courteous, and very helpful with my questions.

Great service
The best part about your service so far has been the customer service. From first contact at the office in Young Harris,GA to the technician who has been to our house twice now.
Jason ,I think is his name, if not please find out who it is because he deserves something, kudos a day of with pay or something for the way he treats your customers.
The first time he came out and inspected our tank he was polite and not to busy to answer any questions we has. Our tank was low so he gave us about 5 gallons of propane to last until someone came our to fill the tank.
In January on a weekend day, he out to the house again because we reported our carbon Monoxide dectector went off. He appeared a little surprised ( although he said nothing) to see our tank was so low which told him noone had come to fill our tank yet. It was bitter cold and snowing. He explained the chemical put in the propane is for safety reasons and since the tank was so low that we were "burnng the bottom" which could be what I was smelling. There was not a leak so it was possible because the tank was so low that maybe that could be it but he doubted it. Needless to say we didn run our propane heater.
Again he explained everything, was empathetic, caring, patient, and promised if he couldnt get someone out that day to get us propane; he would make sure someone came 1st thing in the morning. True to his word, Monday morning about 9:00 am I heard a truck and looked out to see the gas truck.
My husband is much older than I am and he was impressed with the young lady in the office at Youngs Harris, GA. She did not rush him and explained everything to him. It warmed my heart to hear because he does have memory issues and people get frustrated with him. But not her.
She made an impression on him.
Both of these employees were efficient, polite, empathetic and really seemed to care about the customer. This is a rare attribute in our society these days. I can only hope our custmer service is as good as what these these two employees have displayed thus far.
