Superior provided us with excellent service after the Hurricane Helene in October 2024. They delivered our LP "just in time" to keep our generator running. Our generator running was important since we stored insulin, meat and breast milk for our neighbors.

Freeman Gas is very responsive to customer issues. I don't have to worry about having to call about calling to refill my tank, and I've never had to call for after hours service for a refill because I've been allowed to run out of propane.
Very happy campers, here. Billing is transparent, and Freeman comes out often enough to make sure that we don't run out or propane during key periods. The whole process just feels seamless.

It was quick and easy to talk to someone and get my new account set up. The people I have spoken with have all been very friendly and helpful. They were quick to schedule my safety check and then filled up my tank within the week.
Delivery is fast, reliable. IMPORTANT NOTE: Freeman went above and beyond after tropical storm Helene - we had no power for 8 days and were relying on a generator. (Husband needed an electronic medical device) We ran low on propane and when we were finally able to get cell signal and call Freeman, they quickly delivered propane to us when access to this area was very difficult and while your company was also dealing with serious storm damage. 5 stars for exceptional customer service during a very challenging time!

The office staff is friendly and helpful. I noticed I ran out of gas at 10:00am and by 3:00pm that same day I had a full tank. The serviceperson called to let me know he was on his way and he was professional and kind.

Responsive and friendly. Y'all actually showed up a day early to set the tank. You do not charge new clients a few for setting up an account unlike Suburban Propane.
