I do NOT like having to pay Extra for a fixed price. Just give a fair price to steady customers. I like the easy on line propane order. I like the response time to receive propane , billing is easy to follow. Services are prompt and efficient.
After five years of not being charged a rental fee under Western Propane, now that the company has been acquired by Superior Propane we were assessed a $120 fee because we had not placed an order in over 12 months. When we do call for a fill-up, it does come quickly and the prices are competitive. This is a second home for us and we don't use that much propane because we have a pellet stove.
