I had a very rough start with an owner that became non responsive after receiving my deposit but after I was reassigned to Jorge Rodriguez it was just the opposite. He went out of his way to compensate for that experience and went above and beyond to satisfy me. I can't say enough about what a great asset he is in the organization. Jorge deserves a 10 but I had to deduct something for my first go around which was horrific.

I will use Jorge again in a minute, he is professional, trustworthy, honest, responsive and an overall pleasure to have worked with.
