The whole environment is so relaxing and laid back. Front desk is always smiling and friendly, all the barbers look like the enjoy their days. Casey is the best barber I’ve ever had. Staff-the team at Floyd’s is top tier. Can say that collectively they satisfy guest needs in every way possible.
Products-of course I can’t speak on all products because I have a shiny bald head but I’ve tried a couple of the products and couldn’t expect the others to fail. Beard stays moisturized and head stays shiny.
Services- the services are elite and you get what you pay for. I speak highly to coworkers, family and peers. Wouldn’t suggest another barbershop because how diverse the services are. I come religiously once a week so no complaints for me.
