Casey, my stylist is on point. This last appointment I asked a random question about my hair style and my concerns about it and she took the time to actually explain hair growth patterns and why things look the way they do and how the cut is done to attend to that weirdness of hair pattern growth.

I additionally love the client web interface that allowed me to book and chance my appointment times as needed based on my insane work schedule right now. It’s something that I haven’t had before in previous brands - and it’s really nice to have that flexibility.
