Madison was awesome on all fronts. The vibe in the shop is good. The artwork on the exterior at the Dr. Phillips location is great. Again, Madison gave me the best haircut I have ever had, followed by the best wash with the hot towel on my face was special. Neck shave, wow! Five star experience for sure. Madison, aka Maddy, is my go to for haircuts forever!

I had Casey for the first time when I went. I need to get in and out because I had to pick my parents up at the airport. Casey was super professional and elevated my experience from the last time I was at that location. I didn’t realize, but I guess you’re supposed to get a straight razor on the back your neck and the shoulder massage and stuff with the with the haircut. I did not expect the price to be what it was just for a haircut however, I am still going to go back and I will ask for her because I thought that she was amazing. I think that based on what she explained to me was supposed to happen during the service is worth the price.

Friendly service convenient location cool atmosphere

Keeping the price realistic while providing an excellent level of service is a difficult task these days.

Genna at the Dr Philips location is incredibly friendly, warm, chatty and kind. She and I had a lengthy conversation about what I was looking for and what I’d like to avoid in this hair cut and she delivered!! I absolutely love this hair style!

Do you have a really cool vibe and I like the Service. I will tell you though that none of your stylists or barbers automatically do the shoulder massage anymore and it’s a little frustrating. I’ve gotten to the point where I feel weird asking for it now.

LULU was great I had not had my haircut in awhile and I appriciate how professional she was and gave me a great short cut to look by best at 62 and thinning Hair. I have been going to floyds ever since i lived in venice california and love it.
