Phyllis our caregiver has great interpersonal skills and interacts well with my mother. Feel comfortable knowing Phyllis is caring for her when I am not there. Phyllis offers suggestions on caring for mom that are helpful. Phyllis has a great attitude she cleans up after feeding mom and willing to fold laundry or help in whatever way she can. Phyllis always has a smile on her face feel like she really cares about mom's well-being and care. I have nothing but good things to say about Sr. Helpers,

Where do I start?
Senior Helpers has managed to put together a Top Team to care for my brother in two shifts per day, seven days a week. The caregivers have been carefully selected to meet my brother's needs and to interact with him in a natural, friendly and helpful way. The members of the team are not just caring and attentive to my brother's needs but they succeed in anticipating them. The caregivers are trustworthy, flexible, quick on the uptake, creative and socially adept. They each make an effort to find some connection with him, be it a hobby or interest or something to do together. Real companions as well as caretakers, they have increased his zest for life and he looks forward to their arrival each day.
This is not just coincidence. Taylor asked to meet my brother and survey his home before we embarked on this journey, to get a feel for what was necessary and to match the care accordingly. This is in my opinion the key to this success and has given me, the family member, confidence, breathing room and a listening and empathic ear. There is no judgment, everything can be discussed and an effort is always made for tailor-made care. My compliments and tremendous thanks.

I am very happy with the service. The owner keeps me well informed and is very available. The
Home Health aides have been excellent. I am a nurse and feel very comfortable with my aides. Their care has been outstanding.
