Over the past couple of months since the leadership transition, the improvement at the school has been very noticeable. There is clearer direction, better organization, and a stronger sense of consistency in day-to-day operations.
The teachers have always maintained strong communication with parents, which I truly appreciate. They consistently keep families informed, are willing to listen to any concerns, and are very caring and supportive toward the students. That level of dedication has been present, and now it feels even more supported by the school as a whole.
What has changed the most is the overall atmosphere. I can see a positive shift not only in operations but also among the staff, the environment feels more coordinated, responsive, and calm. Many of the concerns I previously had are already being addressed or resolved, and it is clear that feedback is being heard and acted upon.
Because of these changes, our overall experience has significantly improved in a short period of time, which is why I was happy to rate the school a 10. I appreciate the effort being put into creating a positive and supportive environment for both students and families.

What I appreciate most about my son Malik’s and I experience at this school is the strong commitment to supporting students both academically and personally. The teachers and staff consistently demonstrate patience, encouragement, and genuine care, which has helped Malik grow in confidence and stay motivated. I value the positive environment the school provides, as well as the open communication that allows parents to feel truly involved in their child’s progress. What I like most about my experience at WPA school is the supportive environment and the sense of community. The staff is always willing to help, and the school creates a positive space where students feel encouraged to grow, learn, and succeed. It truly feels like a place where everyone wants you to do your best. My son enjoyed ever moment spent here.

We as a family love the staff, every employee is very helpful, caring, and they love the children as if they are they own, always smiling and friendly all they out the day..

I love the staff and how the pay very close attention to detail. The front staff is Amazing and Ms. Luz is one of a kind. She embraces my daughter as if she's one of her own. I would recommend you all 190 times over. Keep up the Amazing work and Team Spirit.

The smaller classes that feel more individualized and making learning fun. Staff and Teachers are very genuinely caring towards their students. And communication between parent and teacher is top priority.

Wellington Prep has been a success for both my children. They have been growing their skills and vocabulary weekly.

My daughter’s teacher, Ms. Frankel, was absolutely amazing, hands down one of the best! From her warm personality to her professionalism, the love and care she gave my daughter felt like true red carpet treatment.

Her teaching style is ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. She was always informative, organized, and never last-minute with anything. As a busy mommy, I truly appreciated how she kept me on my toes with reminders and support. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for my daughter. 💛

I also want to recognize our principal, Ms. Shaw. Her warm personality and supportive presence made such a difference. We truly felt cared for every step of the way.

Mrs Shaw and Mrs Frankel are the best. We really miss Mr Shaw and would like a gifted teacher hired as soon as possible. The gifted program was one of the reasons we are staying at this school.

I love the teacher and staff members friendliness,family oriented, very welcome environment and their attitude towards education. The love can be felt.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The campus is well cared for and the school is organized and clean.

The people (teachers, Mrs. Frankel and Mrs. Shaw, secretary, security guards), the methodology, the amount of learning my daughter is getting and the way you threat my daughter with love and care. Also the location, the building, green area and its surroundings.

We love our WP Family and the warm fuzzies it brings with the education for our daughter.

We love the teachers and staff and the safety officer John. All teachers and administrators have been fantastic. Mrs Shaw is so attentive and wonderful to deal with. She always find a solution to our needs. Mr Shaw is able to challenge our child to the correct gifted level and does so with enthusiasm. Ms Goldstone has been so caring and helpful. Ms Ada has taught both my children to read proficiently. The staff at the school really makes it the best in the area! We hope that the grades continue to expand and up to 8th grade is offered.

Mrs. Shaw and Mr Shaw always go the extra mile to ensure that my son Cole is well taken care of and academically challenged. They genuinely care for him. Mrs Shaw is wonderful at helping us through all the developmental steps and our concerns as parents. Mr Shaw has been an amazing addition to the school. Our son loves the gifted math program and this has helped him continue to grow with personalized learning plans. This is our first year working with Mrs Goldstone and we could not be more thankful for her. She is patient and kind. She helps Cole grow academically and in maturity. Her lessons are creative and hands on. We are very thankful for this team and look forward to continuing to work with these teaches as our youngest son begins his journey here. We are looking forward to working with Mrs Frankel again. She is a cornerstone in the educational process in the school.
