Everyone was so friendly and sweet! I had always gone to great clips and wanted something better for myself. When I got to Floyd’s everyone was so welcoming, really understood what I wanted, informed me about products I could use for my hair. I loved it so much I already scheduled my next appointment with them. Truly the best place to ever go to!
My stylist was Frenchie and she started our appointment right on time. She was very good about asking me about what I wanted, if I liked the cut, or if I needed anything differently done. I enjoyed talking with her and she just made me feel really comfortable overall. She spoke about the products she was using on me and a little bit about her cutting techniques. I felt like she just really took great care of me and will definitely be coming back.

Friendly staff, always a good cut
An excellent haircut and free therapy. I get lost in talking and telling my story sometimes. However, Christa was able to stay on point, guide me through the haircut/fade, and yet still manage to finish in a timely manner all while I distracted her. Professional, Empathetic, Kind, and quite good.
