Good experience and very friendly staff.

They are very friendly, open and communicative with the families. I feel she is safe with all the security measures in place. There is always something fun happening with the children. I get frequent photos and updates throughout the day on the app. My daughter loves it there.

I love the nurturing environment that Ashish and his team have created for the children. The directors are very knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. I feel they need to do more training with the staff members as some of them are younger (may be new to childcare not sure) and don’t often display the best social skills or customer service minded attitudes. I’d like to see them be more assertive, confident and engaging when interacting with us as parents. A “Good Morning” or “Hello my name is” goes a long way. If I have never met you and I’m dropping my child off to you (staff members move rooms from time to time and I do understand that has to happen for ratio) I expect you to want to know who I am and introduce yourself FIRST without me having to ask. Building a great rapport and relationship with parents ensures a successful transition at drop off and also lets me know you're invested in my child. Overall, I’m pleased with Celebree East Norriton and would definitely recommend the center to others. Thank you!

I love this daycare so much . The staff is super friendly . I have only had one major issue with them and that was my interaction with the previous director when getting my daughter enrolled . Now that they have a new director I’m even more excited to have my 1 year old be there . It’s also the only daycare in the area that stays open until 6:30 which gives me enough time to pick my daughter up from school even if it’s a lot of traffic . The owner knows all the parents by name and is happy to answer questions if you have them . It’s so hard finding a daycare that you trust and I’m very happy with my service .

Is the best

The teachers are amazing and have individual relationships with all their students. The facility is clean and secure. The staff is very responsive and communicate regularly. The owner of the facility knows all the childrens names and gives future student and parents the tour. I feel like the entire staff goes above and beyond to make you feel like you are apart of a family. They have an app that sends photos and updates of what your child is doing all day, so that you can be involved with their school day. I recommend this school to all of my friends for their future preschool needs.

I feel safe and secure sending my kids here. They take my preferences for my children seriously and keep me updated on any happenings. My kids enjoy going and love their teachers and friends.

The teachers, the owner and the Director are very warm and welcoming everyday. We consistently get no less 5 photos of what our children are doing during school throughout the day. You can message the teachers in real-time and they get back to you. This school keeps the facility clean and takes every report of a child being sick seriously so it doesn't spread.

Our children are well taken care of and the teachers are very kind. I recommend to those looking for child care in the area.
