Was my first time getting my hair cut at this location, I was feeling a little nervous but Lyric really went above and beyond to make me feel at home :) she listened to everything I wanted and nailed it right in the head.

I’ve always enjoyed coming to this place, and the atmosphere has been great. However, on our last visit, my son got a haircut that unfortunately didn’t turn out as we had hoped. He was a little upset about it, and the next day, he mentioned that some kids at school were bullying him about it. It’s a bit disappointing, as we’ve always had positive experiences here. That said, I know that not every cut is perfect, and I appreciate the staff’s effort. I’m confident we’ll be back for another try next time, hoping for a better result. Thanks for your hard work!
