Exercise hours work well for me
I use the indoor track nearly every day if it’s too hot or cold. I think being around other people pushes me because I get more miles on that track than I do in my neighborhood.
My wife and I have been members of the J since the beginning and made friends who feel like family. Our granddaughter went to preschool at the J, and even now as an 8th grader enjoys going to summer camps there with friends she made from those early years.
The facilities at the J are excellent. We’ve gone to art exhibits, performances at the theater, and health related seminars. Most of all, I enjoy working out at the fitness center. All the staff are helpful, the space is very clean, and the equipment provides multiple exercise options and always is kept in great condition. There are indoor and outdoor pools for swimmers, and well maintained courts for tennis players—something for everyone!
I highly recommend the J to any folks who are considering becoming members.

The people - who work there and attend. The facilities and fitness class offerings and fitness floor. It’s affordable for all the amenities- like a pool pass in the summer. Good discounts for members for kid activities like dance and sports. Love the low pressure sports offerings too - focused on progress rather than competition.

I had out of town guests and the membership people helped me with temporary passes. My son went three times and my daughter-in-law went twice. Both were highly complimentary of the facilities. It was nice to have my family welcomed by The Family.
