Our kids love the J (the clubhouse and the pool and swim lessons). I like the J because it is a very easy place to get in a workout and know that I'm not going to be judged.

We love everything about the J EXCEPT for the J-Camp signup process, which has been a mess for years. There are things you could do to simplify it a great deal, but it continues to be cumbersome which makes people lose out on getting into camp sessions.

How clean all the areas are. The staff and instructors are well trained and knowledgeable.
I love that there are so many things to do. I also really like there are people of all ages. It’s fun hearing the children laughing and playing while exercising!!!
I would appreciate the availability of hand sanitizer on the lobby counter for use upon leaving the J after exercising.

The heritage center and exercises.
The facilities are fantastic with a great variety of equipment and enough that you rarely have to wait. Security is present but unobtrusive which is reassuring. It's a great community of staff and members and an excellent way to support the Jewish community of Kansas City. עם ישראל חי
I love all the classes they offer and such a variety of offerings including the arts. Music, crafts, drama, sports and on and on and on.
The people are so nice and welcoming!!!! EXCEPT a couple ladies at the front desk! They act like their face will break if the smile and say anything.
My daughter brought a friend that was going to become a member!!!!$ Until she was met with such rudeness that made her want to leave and never come back! Not OK!!!! And so disappointing.

I really enjoy the exercise classes and my son loves practicing soccer at the facility. Our whole family appreciates the cultural offerings and have attended performances and events hosted at the J.
The facilities are clean and the workout equipment is properly maintained. Staff are also kind, helpful, and seem to have a cheery disposition.
