I've been using Cash Energy for years. I've only ever had a few hiccups with the scheduling and service, and those have always been resolved. I like the new portal. My only criticism is that when I ordered and paid for fuel in the new portal, I did not receive a scheduled delivery date. I thought I would get it in an email, but I didn't. Is this an oversight?
Helpful associates and a fairly good price with prompt service
Redesigned web site makes service user friendly. No paper slips, text notifications a plus. Only wish there was a day of delivery text notification, or in the past you could view what days your town is scheduled for delivery. Otherwise, service well done.
