I received a discount code the very next day after I made my online order and when I mentioned it to them a nice lady called to tell me that they would be applying the discount as a credit to my card.
Delivery is typically prompt and the product is clean. I just had my garage furnace serviced after several years of soley burning Cash fuels and it was very clean.
Price and service
I was happy to discover a credit on our account, and I was happy that the delivery was so quick, early the morning after I placed the order.
The only thing I would have liked was a delivery confirmation email, like I always received in the past. With no one home, the only way I knew the delivery had occurred was by calling customer service to check the status of my order. Either an email, or a paper copy left behind would be helpful.

Only feedback I have is that it is unclear on the order when you select fill tank, it defaults to 250 gallons and the price for that. I assume that the delivery would be for whatever would fit in the tank and the charge amount would adjust, but I didn't see that spelled out anywhere.
I like the convenience of being able to order and pay on line.

Price but not a fan of having you put a hold on my account for the cost of filling an empty tank which means I can't pay with my debit card or I won't be able to pay bills or purchase food. It means if I want to order fuel I can never fill the tank. This is very disappointing. When I called to question it, the person who I spoke with was abrupt and not very approachable. It was never like this before.

Because I have 2 tanks that are attached and had them both filled, I was told I would get 2 separate slips which was fine. I did not like that I was charged 2 delivery charges though. I was told it was a new computer system.
