I primarily enjoy working here for my coworkers and some of my regular customers. I'm not very fond of corporate offices, and I don't like someone of our very corporate policies. If we want to move away from being Big Box Stores, then we need to change some of these. Such as sick leave needs to be separated from normal PTO, people shouldn't be made to come to work when they're sick. Regardless of the status of the store and availability of coverage. While I think it's slowly gotten better after the bankruptcy, I feel like like improvements could be made with this as well as higher incentives and raises.
