I love the neighborhood and community feel of the customers. They all seem to live in the area, or work in the area and there is such a mix of people - young and old. Because we are a smaller store, it often feels like our customers are comfortable being friendly, talkative - all of which lends itself to better interactions. It also allows the team here to be a bit more relaxed so that if we are a bit short staffed, we know the customers understand and are ok with waiting a bit longer if needed.

The team we currently have is also very friendly and easy to work with.

I like the work-life balance that I find myself having with this job. Our hours aren't crazy, so I find I'm able to relax outside of work when we're staffed. I have a good working relationship with my DM, so that's a plus. I enjoy working with the team I've created. Every team has their kinks, but nothing we can't work through together.
