First, let me start by saying how WOWED I was by the level of professionalism and detail this entire staff provided both my client and I at closing. This was my first time using your firm as a closing attorney's office, so I had no idea what to expect and actually pushed back to the buyer's agent insisting I used my preferred closing attorney to no avail. Upon exiting the elevator, I went to the left before realizing the office was to the right. While turning around, Peter was walking out the office, noticed I looked lost, introduced himself then proceeded to turn around and invite me in, inquire who I was and get me settled before exiting the office. It was around this time the lovely Dee (in her black and gold Bebe apparel) approached me and began sparking up a conversation about my fashion while showing me pictures of her vintage luxury luggage from decades ago. I literally felt as though I've been affiliated with you all for years!
Now lets talk about the office! Spotless, luxurious, prime location and snacks galore! What a treat. I was thoroughly impressed. The buyer arrived a bit early and upon Peter's return, he took us all into the office and allowed the buyer to begin signing his docs while waiting on my client, the buyers agent and lender to arrive. While in the closing, we were all laughing and having an amazing time. Before I exited the office, I already had the executed ALTA statement in my email and shortly thereafter, my wire was in my business account.
I was so impressed by the level of service that I've now made the switch to use you all as my preferred closing attorney and will have my first official closing on my listing with you all this month. As a Georgia licensed active producing agent for over 6-yrs., I've never experienced this level of service at a closing and I wanted to personally take the time to give you and your staff your flowers as they're well deserved. Flexibility in closing date and location
