My child doesn't complain about it... that alone makes it a 10... They are friendly, they feed them, she makes friends, she gets homework done... and she is smiling when she leaves... it's a win.
My daughter has made all her friends from the Y-time program. They make sure no child is left out when the children play. My daughter even wants to stay afterschool on days she does not have to, just so she can socialize with the Y-time kids.
It's a place I know my child is safe and being responsibly cared for afterschool while I work.

The staff is amazing! They really take good care and most of all they take extreme caution on the children's safety! When picking up my child I see most children including my child they want to stay longer. Thank you for having such an amazing caring staff!

Friendly staff
Aftercare has been such a huge blessing to me. All of the staff are very helpful and my son speaks highly of all of them. Catherine Burns, the coordinator is an absolute rockstar. I've gotten to know so many of the staff at our location and feel like they genuinely care. Our YMCA aftercare experience has been fantastic!
We love how warm and caring Ms Barbara always is to our son. He always comes home happy and also looks forward to the days he is there.
The staff at aftercare is so kind (we only do aftercare). I do wish there was an option for less days though.

The staff are amazing
My child loves the caregivers! She has so much fun and even finishes her homework while in after care. I also appreciate the security measures taken during pick up, only releasing my child to authorized drivers individuals.
The women that work at Harmony Elementary Before Care are wonderful. Always smiling and helpful.
Ms Angie and Mr Hank were so caring and attentive to my child. They formed a great relationship. Pancake breakfast Thursdays were very sweet. They had great activities so it wasn’t a free for all. Easy to communicate with the office via email. Easy to reschedule how many days you want to send.
Both my boys love aftercare and don’t want to leave at pickup time.
My daughter loves going to Y time and is always excited to get there early and play and hangout with the teachers.

Everyone was very nice and easy to work with. I really liked the fact that it was at my daughter's school and she didn't have to be bused to a different place. She always had a great time. She likes it so much that she wants to go every day.

I am also pleased that Mr V one of the after care workers has been replaced as my daughter said he was mean to the kids.
My one frustration is that the phone that they have at Middletown Village is very old and doesn’t ring when I call. The teachers only know I’ve called if they constantly check the voicemail. I’d like to see them provided with a newer phone to keep in touch with the parents.
The teachers at before and after care at Bayview are so wonderful to my son. I feel extremely lucky to have such caring people to look after my son. Thank you!!!

Ms. Paulette runs a great program. Her staff which consists of Miss Dena, Mr. Michael, Miss Allison, and Mr. Keys are patient, kind, and good role models for the children. They all help out when needed and never lose their tempers with the kids. I am VERY PLEASED with the experience we're getting this school year.
