What did you like about your Y experience?

Very good experience as I am recovering from a R knee replacement. I am trying to replace lost core strength after recovery and ortho rehab. I had some lessions wiih Jim Kennedy and he understood my need for attaining guided exercises. I am still using the gym -2-3 times a week for short maintenance.

Ken at the front desk is always helpful and has a answer for all my questions.
Our facility is spotless, and the deep water aerobics class is a great work out.

**Please consider an evening deepwater aerobics class during the week so that working folks have an opportunity to attend!
