The sauna is wonderful, the pool is clean and a good temperature, the equipment is really nice. There is sometimes a shortage of weights for the bars (or items misplaced and hard to find), but overall the equipment is great!

I really enjoy the facilities, the friendly reception from the staff, and the classes. I only wish there were some evening classes for Body Balance. I love that class!

For more that 20 years we have participated in activities at the Shilling Farms Y.
From swimming in the heated salt water pool, to Silver Sneakers work out classes (in years past when available) to working out on the circuit and walking in the gym we have appreciated having the Y available for our constant efforts at staying fit.
We have found facilities clean, most personnel helpful and friendly and the setting comfortable and safe.
