OLIVE BRANCH, MISSISSIPPI, BRANCH FOR APPROXIMATELY 10 YEARS, AND IT HAS BEEN
THE BEST BRANCH OF WHICH I HAVE BEEN A MEMBER. THE MAINTENANCE OF EACH YMCA IS IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT TO IT'S MEMBERSHIP - CLEANLINESS IS AT THE TOP
OF THE LIST, IN MY OPINION, AS BEING THE MOST IMPORTANT PART. THERE ARE SOME AREAS IN EACH (SANITATION OF THE INDOOR POOL AND LOCKER ROOM AREAS) THAT MUST BE KEPT CLEAN ON A DAILY BASIS, ESPECIALLY MOLD & MILDEW. THE INDIVIDUAL BRANCH DIRECTORS SHOULD BE ASKING QUESTIONS OF THE MEMBERSHIP AS TO THEIR CONCERNS FOR IMPROVEMENTS.

I have expressed this concern in the past. The men's locker room is a disgrace. I don't expect it to be pristine, but the trash in the lockers and the putrid smell in the showers aren't that hard to fix.

i don't like steam room being out off oder too often, hot tub not hot enough
Exercise can be your lifesaver and the Ymca makes it very convenient to keep it that way !
The staff, the trainers, the variety of classes offered and most importantly (for me) the opportunity to meet and make new friends. I’ve gained a second family, my “Y” family 😊.

Me reason for this rating at this location, because most of the employees does not greet and speak to everyone coming into this facility. They kind of pick and choose based on your ethnicity. I don’t believe this is YMCA standards. The staff need to treat everyone the same. The other YMCA I visited are great.
