Staff is wonderful. Do wish the swimming pool water was kept at least a bit cooler by a few degrees on a consistent basis.
Forget the worthless UN. If you want to see a place where everyone gets along and enjoys each other's company, the Nuber YMCA is the place. I have used and visited YMCA's across the country for many years. This is the best YMCA in America, hands down. From the staff to the facilities to the folks who use this YMCA, no other Y can compare.

I love the smaller family-like atmosphere of the Ric Nuber Y… plenty for everyone but small and familiar to be like a big family!

Friendly staff and good condition equipment
I really like the Active Older Adults and Senior Yoga classes. I look forward to the fitness as well as fellowship. Our instructor at the Nuber Y (Diane Hall) is very experienced and explains the purpose as well as the importance of all the exercises we do in class.
Her classes are always full - it might be good to get her some help!

The female manager Rik Nuber has (my apologies can’t recall her name, dark long hair and has a very sweet temperament) is wonderful. Your entire front desk has been very nice to see. I greatly appreciate the notifications regarding the pool closings and openings, and thank you for the kindness from everyone at the front entrance. This has meant so much. Caring for our health and working out is much more joy when seeing people who are also joyful.

ALL Staff are always friendly and very helpful.
Only complaint is frequent lack of soap in dispensers, particularly in the disabled shower.
