So many opportunities to choose from for all ages. I actually enjoy working out in the gym and doing water aerobics! I also like that I can go most anytime of the day! I like the fact that there is always a friendly face at the front desk to greet me when I enter the place. We all have become a great big family!

The staff and other Y members treat you like your family. The classes are outstanding! The facility is super clean and well maintained! My wife and I love that they offer child care that way we both can workout or attend classes together. The Y is so very welcoming and just an all around amazing place to go workout, meet new people, etc.
I will ALWAYS choose the Y over any other gym!!
I love the Summer Water Aerobics, I enjoy Body Pump, Yoga, and the fitness room.
