The exercise room has everything you need for cardio and weight training. The classes are taught by encouraging and energetic trainers. Good air conditioning in the summer months and the outdoor pool is good.
I love Millington YMCA. Everyone is very friendly, and always helpful. The instructors are awesome.

I love our Millington Y. Been going 5 days a week for a lot of years. I am 83 yrs old & still do 2 classes a day.
The Personel is awesome! They are always polite & welcoming. The classes that I have attended are very good at meeting my needs for physical activity.

What DID I like?! I’m still a member. I’ve yet to meet an ill temper/ rude staff member at the Y in Millington. The fact that my daughter and I can work out together and be greeted with “thumbs up” and “keep it up” while staff members pass by makes it worth the drive from our home.

I have worked with 3 different personal trainers. Each was very competent and together they helped me go from hobbling in pain with a cane to being the capable cane-less walker that I am today. I continue to train to keep fit
