The instructors are well qualified to teach the classes and they offer help in areas of which you need strengthening. They also offer modifications to the different exercises so that you can continue to receive the maximum benefits of the class. I also like working out with a diverse group of people!

All staff is very friendly and i am enjoying the line dance classes even tho the instructor isnt really attentive to beginners. I could benefit with her saying the steps or actually doing the dances with us!

I like the atmosphere and appearance of the Georgette and Cato " Y". There are a variety of fitness activities available for a diverse community population.
The variety and levels of fitness offered is amazing and appropriate. It accommodates the variety of ages and fitness abilities. I am so very pleased to be there at least three times a week.
It is exactly what we needed in this Whitehaven Community!!!
