The facility is wonderful and the people are great
The staff are so helpful. They always greet you when you enter and have an outstanding customer service. Even when I need help with gym equipment it’s always someone there to instruct me. They also have an amazing staff with the children services. My toddler can be a handful at times but they make him feel at home while he’s in their care.

Your staff was very friendly, very informative and help you find exactly the area that you needed. The instructors was very helpful. They would supervise you and help you if you had a problem exercising.

I am really enjoying the Georgette & Cato Johnson YMCA, the staff members are amazing, additionally the amenities are absolutely wonderful.
The YMCA Organization is dedicated to Communities of the Mid-South which teaches family values, morals, and to love thy neighbor. This has allowed many communities to discover their inner and outer self as a human being.

Everyone is nice, kind, helpful, friendly, carrying and will greet you with a smile. I enjoy all the activities I have chosen to attend and the people that instructs them. The place is always clean and smells good.
The staff at the Whitehaven location is very friendly and helpful. The facility is new and clean. Classes are fun and accessible to all participants.
Everyone from the staff to the members make your feel welcome and encourage you to be an active member of the Y. I can only do swiming activites right now but I look forward to doing more in the near future.

I enjoy everything about the Georgette and Cato Johnson YMCA. The staff is very friendly they are very helpful as well. The instructors are incredible they are also very inviting. (Tachi, Water fitness Zumba).

The update to the facility is nice. I like the tracking of the workout programs via online, the gym is clean, the staff is nice. I do miss the steam room and the deep pool. Good job overall.
This YMCA is great I heard some disturbing music in the pool area this past Sunday I had to tell the young life guards that I would be speaking to Mr Cato about the incident the YMCA is a family center and should be respected as such what I heard was filth. And shouldn't be played in public.these young lifeguards need supervision because they are not spiritually mature enough to be supervised yet.
