The Whitley YMCA is awesome! The staff are so friendly and welcoming especially the lifeguards. Also, Kim, the Aquatics Director, is the BEST!!

Excellent swim instructors!
The employees who are typically there are fantastic! My kids love them! We have seen them around town and they recognize my kids, remember their names and are genuinely excited to see them. There is one lady I have seen a few times recently (I can’t remember her name) who seems to not enjoy being there and can be a little short with the kids and parents.

The entire staff are very friendly and helpful. Lots of activities. I have met new friends that pray for me and my husband. It's comforting to Attend Columbia City YMCA.
I love the environment inside. Very comfortable. My favorite part about the Y is the swimming pool. I just wished the hours for free swim was longer.

Enjoy going to the Y in CC. Instructors are great (Carrie and Dawn). Realized a lot of exercise moves are used in my hip PT. Believe my activity at the Y at CC prior to my hip injury helped tremendously in my recovery. Just wish the track at the Y in CC was.bigger.

We love that the Y encourages us to stay healthy, and makes it easy to do so. As parents of young kids, it can be hard to find the time, so it's always a relief that we can trust the amazing Child Watch employees to take care of our babies! Our son always looks forward to going, and we look forward to some time to better ourselves.

I love everything about being part of the Y! It is such a wonderful community, and feeling connected to the people around you is important to my family. My kids are taken care of while getting a summer experience that will be part of the best times of their lives forever. They love the counselors and the admin staff as well. We all felt seen, heard and valued; they Y really takes care of our families mind, body, spiritual wellbeing and we couldn't be happier!
