They are helpful in so many ways! They have a great schedule of planned activities for your child during the evening hours during after school care, and also on schedule days off at the local YMCA organization. Their open availability to have child care on a wide assortment of days helps a lot of the working class parents.

The friendly and welcoming employees
I love the atmosphere. It's small and typically low key. I feel more like I am at home exercising. some of the machines there are my favorites. Like the Sci-fit recumbent elliptical. I find this particular machine far easier set to my level and 100% more user friendly. Also the the Ab Crunch. Now honestly I like this machine however the new version is not bad as long as you set it up properly. I like the ankle stretch. I can really feel the pull. Also the Leg press. At the Dawson's Creek YMCA. It is nearly impossible to get on this machine because there is most always a waiting line.
Also I know many of the ladies who work the desk area. they're all really super nice.
The excercises help with daily living and balance, and the social time with friends

Always smiling faces when we arrive. Mary, Mason, Penny are so welcoming and love talking with them. Facilities are clean and well maintained. We have made so many friends at the Y. Keep up the great work.

It makes it so i can actually workout and not worry about my kids! My kids love it there and my daughter never wants to leave.
My kids are always excited to go to child watch and play. The employees are great with them and they always have a fun time. I know they are safe while I can get exercise for my mental and physical health.
