Love this Y staff is friendly and is always clean. Only complaint I have is one shower in the men's locker second one from the toilets has been broken since I have been going there almost a year. Has no cold water. I have brought it to the attention of the matenance man and multiple staff members and has not been repaired. Other than that love this place

The Y is a place I call home. Walking in and being greeted by name by a membership rep that I’ve formed a friendship with is always nice. Being able to feel like I’m apart of a family that cares not only about my family, but the community as a whole is something that I’m proud of and greatly want to be apart of. The Y lives up to it’s expectations of putting Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind, and body for ALL!
I thoroughly enjoy my Y experience at the Renaissance Pointe YMCA for several reasons. The friendly staff creates a welcoming environment, and the cleanliness of the facility ensures a pleasant atmosphere. Moreover, the Y's commitment to serving a diverse community enhances the overall sense of belonging, making every visit meaningful and enjoyable!

Always went to the YMCA on the southside of town. Staff and guests are always friendly like family there is nothing better when going into an establishment when the staff knows your name.
They have a Very Friendly and Helpful Staff from the time I entered the building until the time I departed. The Associate Aquatics Director Mrs. Harris English went above and beyond to help my family. I did not receive this kind of response at the other facilities. In fact, no one responded to my request for the last 2 months.
The music was inspiring and the facility was welcoming.

I like the classes that are offered.
I ABSOLUTELY love the swim lessons they offer my kids at the Renaissance Pointe location! The program director, Tashanna Harris, is GREAT with ALL the kids that participate and makes sure each one enjoys the experience. I have not one negative thing to say about any of the instructors, every one that I have had the pleasure of meeting was EXCELLENT and fully engaged and patient with all the kids. I've met six so far, if I could remember all their names I would call them out (you know who you are) because each one was AMAZING! They laugh, joke, encourage and provide challenges to everyone participating. Every time my kids come I have to force them out the pool at the end of their lesson so the instructors can go home. Hands down, I would reccommend the aquatics program to any parent or guardian looking to develop their child's skills in a comfortable and safe environment.
