Counselors are friendly and get to know my children on a personal level. They tell me about the kinds of activities my children did throughout the day and are always kind and caring. My children enjoy the semi-structured nature of the camp so that they can do all kinds of activities with their friends while also having free time to play.
This was our first year using the YMCA summer camp, and we had such a wonderful experience. As a full-time single parent who was also in school this summer, it meant so much to me knowing that my daughter was still able to have a summer of her own. She was able to play with friends, go on weekly field trips, swim, have fun, and most importantly, just be a kid.
Everyone who worked with my daughter throughout the summer was so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. She absolutely loved going to camp and still talks about the staff and the memories she made. It gave me peace of mind knowing that while I was working and going to school, she was somewhere safe, having fun, making friends, and enjoying her summer.
For our first year, I truly could not have asked for a better experience. My daughter absolutely loved YMCA summer camp, and we will definitely continue using the program. I would absolutely recommend it to other families, especially working parents who want their children to still have a fun and memorable summer.
Great program all of my children have taken the classes. They have learned to swim the proper way. The instructors are very patient with the children and teach them very well.

Equipment for e gym is easy to use and I usually don’t have to wait. I like walking on track.
It offers workouts for all ages. Employees are friendly and I have made many friends since I joined. It is always very clean and maintained.

We use to live in the neighborhood behind Jorgensen, but my wife and I downsized and moved Northeast. I drive across the county three times per week to use the E-Gym, I very much enjoy that workout. (I do go to Parkview twice per week to use an elliptical do to proximity.)
I also enjoy seeing members I have met over the past 15 plus years. Employees over that time have changed, but they continue to be very friendly and helpful.
This service has been crucial to my family's well being, always grateful for YMCA Childwatch and the care they give to my kids. My kids enjoy going into the playroom and have positive relationships w the care team.
I appreciate the Egym technology greatly. Taking any "news" channels OFF the TVs in the workout room is healthy and helpful for well-being. News is always available elsewhere but we don't need it 24/7 in our face. The alternative programs on the TVs (nature, sports, entertainment, etc. are fine). Also that I can bring a guest occasionally is important and helpful.
Love the outdoor pool- grandkids describe it as the best pool ever.
