Chris is a fantastic swim lesson instructor! I have 2 boys in his class. He is great with the kids and they have learned so much.
Facility, especially women's locker room is clean and tidy. Supplies: towels, disinfectant spray bottles, kleenex are usually well-stocked. Equipment areas are orderly and tidy.
Our 3yr old is finishing up the current session and has improved so much this time! The kids in her class all love the instructor, Graham. He has done a great job getting the kids excited, helping them navigate any fears and always makes the classes so fun. My daughter cannot wait for her Monday night swim class and is always so excited to learn.
We recently moved to the SW side and coming from the location off St Joe Rd has been a little jarring. The Jorgensen facility could definitely use improving, and there seems to be some kind of fungus gnat or flying bug issue in the shower area. The Jorgensen location doesn’t seem as clean or as well maintained as other locations we have been to.
It is a wonderful facility and the staff has always been very helpful.
Excellent offereings for seniors, especially Jane's Chair Yoga class.
I like the Y. I go to the Silver Sneakers class twice a week. The instructor, Yo, is fabulous. She meets the needs of the class quite well.
There is plenty of parking.
All areas are clean and shiny.
I love the energy at the Y. So many different age groups involved in a variety of activities .

The staff always greets me coming in (if I'm there during regular hours) and often tells me to have a nice day when I'm leaving. I haven't used the exercise equipment, but I've made good use of the walking track and found it to generally be clean and well-maintained.

The employees are all very helpful. The facility is kept up very clean. Most I love using the Egym machines with the different machines make the exercises fun.
Mostly the people , both those that work there and those who come there to exercise in all the different ways available but also for those that come to be with each other, whether they know each other or not!
Everyone is friendly and very helpful. The Y offers numerous activities plus all exercise equipment.
