Aqua zumba
I do a thorough aerobic routine in the therapy pool. It's a great workout and I really love the warm water to work in. I also like The Walking track as well as the vast array of weights and weight machines.
I like that I can vary my workouts to keep them fresh and interesting.

The Y has the only warm pool and splash pad, making it perfect for my 3 year old grandaughter
I enjoy the balance and silver sneakers classes. Also, the YMCA is convenient.
