The kids love to participate in sports and swim lessons. Our family also uses the swimming pool and we are starting to learn the equipment. We are welcomed each time we enter and have made several friendships through the Y.

CNFF is an awesome place to work out! The staff is always friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub are my favorite amenities. The lifeguards are very friendly and do an amazing job at keeping the pool safe. I highly recommend CNFF as a place to work out!!

How friendly the staff is!
The instructors are great. The adult swimmers that wear not so modest bathing suits during swim are NOT that great.
My daughter is always excited to go to her swim lessons! She talks about them all week long! Her instructors have always been knowledgeable and patient. We wouldn't want to go anywhere else!
The aquatics instructors are very knowledgeable and encouraging. They also pushed my kids to do their best and get out of their comfort zones and "I can't" mentality which is a big plus to me!

Everything I need to stay fit is located in one, close-to-work/home location. This includes:
-resistance training machines;
-swimming pool with sauna & hot whirlpool;
-indoor basketball, squash/tennis court, stretch/dance room;
-evening classes in relevant topics/training areas for all ages.

The facility is clean and the staff are friendly. The environment is Christian and encouraging. I love hte prayer wall, the chaplain there if you need, the Christian music, the classes. The yoga class with Christian music and a devotional is amazing. My kids love the homeschool classes and my littlest stays in the Kid care and is always excited to be there.
